Ongoing coaching built around you, your lifestyle, and your goals.


A minimum 6-month commitment allows us to build meaningful, lasting change, while keeping your coaching flexible and responsive as things evolve.


As you build momentum, your coaching evolves with you. It is practical support that adapts as your goals and circumstances change.


What it looks like:


  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (30–45 mins)
  • Coaching that adapts as your life changes
  • Support across food, movement, mindset, stress and sleep
  • Ongoing support between sessions (same-day replies, 9am–7pm)
  • Pay monthly and stop whenever it suits you

If you’re unsure what to do for your health, or don’t want to commit to ongoing coaching just yet, this is a clear starting point.

and where you’re trying to get to.


Once those are clear, the path becomes much simpler.

  • Movement and activity levels
  • Daily routine, sleep and stress
  • Your thinking & decision-making around health
  • Patterns that may be holding you back

  • A 60–75 minute 1:1 call
  • A written summary outlining the key issues that are actually worth addressing, 3–5 specific, realistic actions to focus on

A clear, structured 6-month journey to build habits that last.

If you feel stuck or unsure where to start, Reboot gives you a simple, step-by-step approach to improving your health without overcomplicating it.


You’ll begin with more regular support, then gradually build confidence and independence as habits become part of your routine.


What it looks like:


  • 6-month structured coaching journey
  • Weekly sessions to start, then fortnightly
  • Clear focus across food, movement, mindset, stress and sleep
  • Regular progress reviews and simple next steps
  • Ongoing support between sessions (same-day replies, 9am–7pm)
  • Pay monthly and stop whenever it suits you
