Many of the adults I work with feel stuck, low on energy or frustrated that previous changes haven’t lasted. My role is to provide structure, clarity and consistent accountability, built around real life.
This isn’t about fads or diets, it’s about improving how you eat, move and manage the factors that influence your health, including habits, mindset, sleep and stress.
I offer 1:1 coaching, either through a tailor made programme or a structured six-month Foundation Programme. Both focus on building sustainable habits that last beyond coaching.
